Becoming The Best You Can Be
When we talk of success, the first image that comes to mind is work. Success can also be related to your personal relationships and the hobbies or sports that you engage in. The more success you have in one area, the greater the success will become in all the elements of your life.
As the news and social media does its utmost to get you into a worrying state, your first step is to abandon as much of those sources as you can. Constant worrying can have devastating effects on your mind and body, leading into such things as anxiety, depression and physical pain.
There is no doubt that for some issues, a “push it button,” to make them disappear would be very welcome. Certainly the state of depression would fall into that category. Some people might say that pushing a button to eliminate anxiety would be wonderful. However “basic anxiety,” has been part of our lives since the dawn of time. It was necessary to have a certain acceptable level of anxiety for our ancestors, as they hunted and then gathered fruit to survive.
